Melissa brings a strong combination of agency experience and entrepreneurial spirit to her role as Principal and Design Director of Caramel Creative. After graduating with a B.A. in Communication Design from the prestigious Parsons School of Design in New York City, Melissa landed a series of creative positions at top agencies, including Young & Rubicam, Bates Worldwide, and Wells, Rich, Greene, where she contributed her talents to equally impressive clients. Melissa ran her own successful creative studio for six years and has earned a number of regional design awards.
Melissa approaches each marketing challenge with a rare combination of intuition, diligence, passion, discipline and originality.
