Carrie is principal of Caramel Voice and the “Car” in Caramel, the creative director, brand consultant and writer half of the Caramel collaboration. Melissa (Caramel’s “Mel”) is principal of Caramel Creative and focuses her solo practice on design and production. The two have a ten-year+ history of working together at agencies and as entrepreneurs.
